焊接工藝評定簡介

---

焊接工藝評定（Welding Procedure Qualification Record，簡稱WPQR) 為驗(yàn)證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)過程及結(jié)果評價(jià)。

焊接工藝評定目的

---

1. 評定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關(guān)國家或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)規(guī)范所要求的焊接接頭；
2. 驗(yàn)證施焊單位所擬訂的焊接工藝規(guī)程（WPS或pWPS）是否正確。
3. 為制定正式的焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術(shù)依據(jù)。

歐盟焊接工藝評定適用范圍

---

1. 適用于鍋爐，壓力容器，壓力管道，橋梁，船舶，航天器，核能以及承重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等鋼制設(shè)備的制造、安裝、檢修工作；
2. 適用于氣焊，焊條電弧焊，鎢極氬弧焊，熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊，埋弧焊，等離子弧焊，電渣焊，螺柱焊，激光焊，壓力焊等焊接方法。

焊接工藝評定過程

---

1. 預(yù)焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書（Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification，簡稱PWPS)；
2. 施焊試件和制取試樣；
3. 檢驗(yàn)試件和試樣；
4. 測定焊接接頭是否滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的使用性能；
5. 提出焊接工藝評定報(bào)告對擬定的焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書進(jìn)行評定。
